FAQs

For cutting appointments there is no need for squeaky clean hair (as we will wash it once cut for you)..however we do need to see your natural curl or texture pattern worn down. So anything too greasy, salty or product laden will need to be washed by you before you come.
For colour appointments we ask for you to come with freshly washed hair. We use low-tox hair products and unclean hair or any residual products can impact the results of our colours.

Absolutely. We cut most hair dry so will need it ready to go when you come in for your appointment.

If you’re running late please give us a call and let us know. We always try our best to be accomodating but sometimes if it’s going to impact our day and other appointments we may need to reschedule you.

We require a deposit for your booking. While we endeavour to accommodate our clients where possible, cancellations or changes made within 48hrs of your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeit.
